How might we work together?
I will provide guidance and support through individual sessions, while sharing accessible tools you can learn to use and practice on your own as you continue on your path. I can also support the well-being of pets, who are loved and important members of our families.
In our sessions, I am supported by my healed ancestors and other spirit guides, while grounded and connected with Mother Earth and with intention to be a conduit for Divine Harmonious Life Force Energy.

Emotion Code session
We all carry around emotional baggage from past experiences that can weigh us down and contribute to mental, emotional, spiritual, and even physical imbalances. We can also unknowingly absorb or inherit inappropriate energy that hinders our well-being.
The Emotion Code modality was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson D.C. (ret.), a holistic Chiropractor and Medical Intuitive. It is a simple, powerful tool for uncovering and releasing trapped emotional energy. We can start from an emotional trigger, an unwanted habit or recurring pattern, a challenging issue, a complex relationship, or a goal you want to achieve.
Emotion Code is a non-invasive method that doesn’t require delving into past experiences. Clients are not required to discuss or disclose whatever surfaces for them during a session.
Emotion Code can help remove energetic blockages that may be clouding your true nature, and it can help support greater self-awareness and connection to your own inner knowing. Emotion Code may help with the following and more:
Becoming aware of and releasing unhelpful emotional and thought patterns;
Addressing and reducing emotional triggers;
Reducing general underlying anxiousness and worry;
Reducing the emotional charge from or rumination about a past situation or future scenarios;
